CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 1 day before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled within 24 hours of check in.
0% refundable if canceled after check in.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We have recently had to update our security deposit due to a increases in the frequency of damages done to our rooms. As of February 18th, 2024 all new bookings will require a pre-authorization of $500 to be placed on your card the day prior to your arrival as a security deposit for potential damages. The hold will release 3 days after departure. We will notify you within 24 hours of your departure if we intend to withhold any amount of your security deposit. We must receive preauthorization for the security deposit PRIOR to your stay. Failure to obtain authorization will result in the cancelation of your booking.

Service Animals
Service Animals only (not Emotional Support Animals) are allowed in our rooms with PRIOR consent from Sleep Inn Peace management. Evidence of pets/animals in our rooms will incur a $250 deep cleaning fee.

COOPERATE RATE
Corporate clients receive special discounted rates on every visit, no matter how short or long you stay.
Cooperate discounts are from $5-$20 a night.

HOUSEKEEPING
Guests that stay longer than three nights will have their room refreshed by our housekeeper once every three days. Our housekeeper typically arrives at the inn at 11 o'clock Monday-Saturday and 12 o'clock on Sundays. If you do not wish to have your room refreshed please text the hotel line in advance and place the Do Not Disturb sign outside your door. Thank you
Check In Instructions
Check in is at 3:00 p.m. Each room key is located in its own lock box at the base of the stairs closest to Main Street (see attachment). There are three lock boxes mounted on the brick wall. The one on the right is for "The Patriot" Hotel Room, the one in the middle is for the "The Liberty" Hotel Room, and the one on the left is for "The Commonwealth" Hotel Room. Each lockbox is labeled on the top of the box.
Guests will receive an email and text before check in with the code to the lock box associated with their room. Guests must enter the code into the lock box in order to access the key, and the code must be reentered in order to close the lockbox after retrieving the key.
EARLY CHECK IN
Early check ins must be preapproved by the staff at Sleep Inn Peace.
The fee adding an early check in is $50.
LATE CHECK OUT
Depending on the availability of our housekeeping staff and the inn's bookings, an additional hour may be granted at the discretion of Sleep Inn Peace management.
Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional $50 fee.
Check Out Instructions
Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Please leave your key in your room when you leave.
Guests are charged a $20 fee if keys are stolen or misplaced.
Before You Go Checklist:
Place all used towels on the floor in the shower
Consolidate all trash into or near to the garbage can
Replace all furnishings and dishware moved or relocated during your stay
Take one last look around the room for any personal items
Leave the key to your room in a conspicuous place
Leave your room secured: window latches locked and door shut
